Inventory Locations

The buildings are delivered to one of our 3 sites, located at 7809 Hwy 51 N (Townsend Auto Mart), the intersection of Simmons Rd and Hwy 51 N (right past the Shelby/Tipton County border) , or the intersection of Hwy 14 and Nelson (near Fastimes in Tipton County).  The buildings are open 24/7 for you to walk through.  Prices are usually posted on the inside of the building. 

Sometimes we offer used or older inventory discounts.  Most used inventory is located at 7809 Hwy 51.  Please call or come by Townsend Auto Mart to inquire about the used or old inventory.

Delivery Information

Buildings are delivered as is to your yard and are leveled upon delivery.  We are not responsible for anything that may obscure the delivery of your building, for example fences, trees, limbs, other buildings, utility lines, etc.  If there is anything in the way that may keep the building from being delivered to your yard, you are responsible for having it free and clear before delivery.  The buildings come with 2-4 6"x6" solid pressure treated runner boards underneath them and these runner boards are what the building sits on, unless you would like it to be placed on concrete blocks.  If you would like your building to be set on concrete blocks, you are responsible for providing the blocks. We recommend using solid cap blocks measuring about 16"x12"x4", which can be purchased at most hardware stores.
