offers a 'Rent to Own' based on 36 months with no credit check and no early payoff penalty. Free delivery
is provided within 50 miles and the building will be leveled upon delivery. The customer is responsible for providing
concrete blocks (if desired) and a clear path to the building location.

We have a wide selection of buildings currently in stock at 7809 Hwy 51 (car lot) and some available on Hwy
51 and Simmons (Tipton Gardens in Tipton County) and at the intersection of Hwy 14 and Nelson Drive/Atoka Idaville (Fastimes
Gas Station). We sometimes have previously owned buildings located in the back of Townsend Auto Mart at 7809 Hwy 51
N. Customers are welcome to view the buildings any time.
